DNI
I do NOT tolerate homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, racism, incest, zoophilia, pedophilia (“ABDL”, “babyfurs/cubs”, “loli”, “shota”), rape (“noncon”) fetishists, etc.
TOS
By commissioning me, you agree to my TOS. If you are found to be in violation of the TOS at any point during the commission process, your commission will be cancelled.
GENERAL
I will only accept commissions with a clear reference. I will not work off of verbal descriptions of your character, sorry!
Extremely detailed designs (robot/mecha, extra limbs, very specific complicated design details, etc) may incur a complexity fee; this will be discussed with you before I invoice you.
I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
DNI VIOLATIONS
Please read my DNI page. If I find that you violate any of the items on that page (even if it is not for the commission you are getting from me), you WILL be blacklisted from commissioning from me. NO exceptions.
PAYMENTS
Payment is through PayPal ONLY unless I specify otherwise.
Payments must be made up-front before I start your commission. (If your commission is over $100, we can discuss a short-term payment plan.)
Payments will be made through PayPal invoice to ensure protection on your end and mine.
TURNAROUND
I work a full-time job outside of art, but I aim to have all commissions done within 1 month at the latest. There may be short delays if my job schedules me for overtime. If this happens, I will notify you.
If you want a commission by a certain date, I need to know at the time that the commission is placed. If the date is very close to the time the commission is placed, I will likely charge a rush fee.
REFUNDS
I can do a full refund on commissions that I have not begun whatsoever.
If I have sketched your commission but have not started to line/color your commission, I will refund half of the commission cost.
I will not offer refunds if I have begun to line/color your commission.
USING COMMISSIONS
These commissions are for personal use only. If you wish to buy a commission for anything other than personal use, please contact me so we can discuss pricing.
Please do not repost my commissions. If you want it on a certain site, tell me and I will post it there for you! (Toyhouse is the exception to this; just credit me @viavoxel if you post it there.)
Please do not edit my commissions. You may edit designs you purchase from me (in your own drawings), but do not edit the adopt that you purchased from me.
Do not sell my adopts/commissions for more than what you paid. (Exception to this is if you are selling a character with multiple pieces of art and the price reflects all pieces of art.)
